Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links postures together in a sequence that allows you to move seamlessly from one to the other using your breath. As we use and connect to our breath, we bring our focus inwards, allow the mind to quiet, and find our connection with our body, and the present moment. A beautiful respite.
Depending on the energy and experience of those present, I will adapt class, teaching a combination of Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow.
This class provides a complete body workout, builds strength, flexibility, and creates space in the joints. Everyone is different and so each interpretation of a pose is unique, often changing daily. This class contains mindfulness elements.
It is my hope that you step off the mat feeling connected, refreshed and balanced.
