Classes for kids will benefit children (toddlers-teens) both physically and emotionally and help them to relax, decrease their hyperactivity, improve their focus and develop their listening and concentration skills.
In class, we will explore and dance through traditional yoga postures, we will use breathing techniques and relaxation in a fun environment, incorporating movements, animal vowel sounds, imaging, storytelling, music and same times creative games. It is an ideal way for kids to build up their self-awareness, motivation and confidence in a non competitive environment.
It is a great way to learn how to express and love themselves and their friends, having lots of fun at the same time!
