Bars, Beam, Floor & Vault Workshop Classes (Ages 8+)

FunFlix Gymnastics Club has several classes for everyone to enjoy! Our classes are mainly based on age and then ability, we will always find the best place for your gymnast to train!

Our Workshop Classes are 60 minutes long and each week they are based on a specific skill on a specific piece. For example, Forwards and Backwards Walkovers on Floor, Squat On to catch the High Bar or Spins on Beam. Each week it will be a different skill on a different piece with specific drills and preps for your gymnast! These classes are for gymnasts who are 8+ years old, Contact us today and join the FUN!

Our sessions are full to the brim with fun and exciting skills, stations and equipment. We have floor, track, vault, trampette, beams and bars with added extras such as blocks, springboards, crash mats and inflatable tracks, rolls and sweet spots! Each week is based on a core gymnastics skill like 'Handstand Week', 'Artistic week' and 'Tumbling Week' etc. Each week will have different stations and preparations for your gymnast to work on and to improve flexibility, strength, power etc to help develop their skills!

All classes are maximum of 8 gymnasts to 1 coach, there may be two or three classes in at once but warm up is done all together, with one coach leading the warm up and stretch and the other coaches helping correct and coach those who may need a little help to get into the right position or give them a push to improve these stretches. After the warm up, a register is done and the gymnasts are split into their groups. We try not to stick coaches with the same gymnasts every week, we may switch this up sometimes so all gymnasts get to experience all coaches!
