    All our classes display real time availability, so you don’t have to call or email the activity provider before booking.

    KiddiPlan was set up, and is run by parents who wanted an easy way to find and book classes for their kids.

    Yes, of course! Our free setup service gets you up and running in no time at all.

  • How am I notified about bookings? keyboard_arrow_right

    Each time you receive a booking we will send you an email including all the customer’s contact details. You can also track bookings in your Associates’ Platform.

    Your available places will be updated accordingly.

  • When do I get paid? keyboard_arrow_right

    We transfer any outstanding payments (net of our fees) to your nominated Bank or PayPal account every two weeks.

  • What’s your fee structure? keyboard_arrow_right

    All bookings by Credit Card or PayPal will be subject to a processing fee, as charged by Braintree , our payment provider.

    All other fees or commissions are individually negotiated (see your individual terms and conditions).

  • Can I accept payments by cash, cheque or bank transfer? keyboard_arrow_right

    All activity providers must accept payments by credit card and PayPal, but in addition you can choose to accept cash, cheques or bank transfers by changing your Business Profile settings.

  • Can I use the Associates’ Platform to accept direct bookings from parents? keyboard_arrow_right

    Yes, our system is designed to save you time, allowing you to run your entire business. If a parent calls or sends you an email directly, you simply need to enter the booking in your Associates’ Platform.

  • Do you have a minimum contract period? keyboard_arrow_right

    KiddiPlan has a minimum contract period of three months. You can terminate your agreement with us with three months notice.

  • Can I list multiple Classes? keyboard_arrow_right

    Yes, the Associates’ Platform is very flexible and easy to use, allowing you to list multiple classes in multiple locations.

  • How do I keep track of Bookings? keyboard_arrow_right

    A full record of Bookings can be found in the Associates’ Platform.

  • How do I keep track of my customer’s details? keyboard_arrow_right

    A list of all your clients is conveniently displayed in the Associates’ Platform.

  • How do I know if my listing is effective? keyboard_arrow_right

    We will work closely with you to make sure that all elements of your listing are up to scratch. We also use advanced tracking technology and are able to share any of our insights with you.

  • Can I ‘list only’ without taking Bookings with KiddiPlan? keyboard_arrow_right

    You’ll receive most benefit from our Platform if you use it to manage your Bookings. If your franchise agreement doesn’t allow you to accept bookings, please contact us
