Yes, of course! Our free setup service gets you up and running in no time at all.
Each time you receive a booking we will send you an email including all the customer’s contact details. You can also track bookings in your Associates’ Platform.
Your available places will be updated accordingly.
We transfer any outstanding payments (net of our fees) to your nominated Bank or PayPal account every two weeks.
All bookings by Credit Card or PayPal will be subject to a processing fee, as charged by Braintree , our payment provider.
All other fees or commissions are individually negotiated (see your individual terms and conditions).
All activity providers must accept payments by credit card and PayPal, but in addition you can choose to accept cash, cheques or bank transfers by changing your Business Profile settings.
Yes, our system is designed to save you time, allowing you to run your entire business. If a parent calls or sends you an email directly, you simply need to enter the booking in your Associates’ Platform.
KiddiPlan has a minimum contract period of three months. You can terminate your agreement with us with three months notice.
Yes, the Associates’ Platform is very flexible and easy to use, allowing you to list multiple classes in multiple locations.

A list of all your clients is conveniently displayed in the Associates’ Platform.
We will work closely with you to make sure that all elements of your listing are up to scratch. We also use advanced tracking technology and are able to share any of our insights with you.
You’ll receive most benefit from our Platform if you use it to manage your Bookings. If your franchise agreement doesn’t allow you to accept bookings, please contact us
