    Kiddiplan is an online platform that allows parents or guardians to easily find and book classes for their kids.

    All our classes display real time availability, so you don’t have to call or email the class provider before booking.

    KiddiPlan was set up, and is run by parents who wanted an easy way to find and book classes for their kids.

  • How is KiddiPlan different from other websites? keyboard_arrow_right

    We not only list classes, but show which classes have real time availability and allow you to book them easily online.

  • Does it cost anything? keyboard_arrow_right

    We don't charge parents for the use of our booking service! The classes that we list are priced by the activity provider, and we guarantee that you won't get it any cheaper going direct.

  • Who provides the classes? keyboard_arrow_right

    All classes are provided by our trusted partners who have years of experience in their field.

  • How do I book a class? keyboard_arrow_right

    It’s simple – just choose a class with available spaces and proceed to checkout.

  • How can I pay for a booking? keyboard_arrow_right

    You will be able to pay by PayPal, credit or debit card, or, if the class provider accepts it, bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

    You will receive a booking confirmation instantaneously.

  • Do I need to have an account with you to book? keyboard_arrow_right

    No, you can simply checkout as a guest.

    We do recommend that you open an account with us, as it will improve your user experience, making things easier the next time you book. You can also save your kids’ preferences, and find suitable classes at a click of a button.

  • What if the class I want is fully booked? keyboard_arrow_right

    We operate a waiting list, which you can join at a click of a button.

    As soon as a place becomes available we'll email all the parents on the waiting list. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis meaning the sooner you click on the link provided, the more likely you are to get the place.

  • How do I cancel a booking? keyboard_arrow_right

    Each class provider has a different cancellation policy so it’s best if you get in touch with the class provider.

  • How can I provide you with feedback about a class? keyboard_arrow_right

    We know that providing and sharing feedback is important and we are working hard to implement a review system. In the meantime, please send your feedback to team@kiddiplan.com.

  • Is my data safe with you? keyboard_arrow_right

    We do not retain any payment data and financial information is used only to charge you for the service you are purchasing. All of our payments are processed by Braintree, a PayPal company and our payment provider, using industry-standard encryption.

    All other account data is stored safely on our servers.

    We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam. We will never sell, rent, lease or give away your data or personal information to any third party without your consent.

    We have launched in Wandsworth but we are fast expanding to other areas of London. Please send us an email to team@kiddiplan.com and we will let you know once we launch in your area.

    Just go to the login page and click ‘Forgotten your Password’
