Independence on kickboards for 5m front and back, floating with use of the floats, blowing bubbles with their whole face in the water, rotation in the water aiming to gain a standing position. Safe entries and exits mastered. Starting to lift their heads to take a breath. Moving onto a 5m independent swim, push and glides and breastroke arms are introduced.
