Kiani Gymnastics Academy (KGA) is based in Barking and Dagenham, Essex, and offers children the chance to gain confidence by developing new skills.
Our vision is to provide sessions that enable children to feel Keen, Guided, and Amazing!
We provide children with the knowledge of how to grow a positive and disciplined attitude to learning. Our energetic sessions will leave children wanting so much more!
We believe that gymnastics offers a range of skills children will only benefit from and KGA offers this within a safe and supportive environment. Providing regularly checked, maintained, and cleaned equipment.

KGA provides a safe environment for children to develop their gymnastic skills, accepting children of all gymnastic levels. We aim to support their development in order to reach their potential in the wonderful sport of gymnastics, all achieved at a speed and level that they are comfortable with whilst having fun! We also offer the opportunity and support to advance through levels, awards, and even be a part of competitions if desired!
We currently have running three core products: Pre-School, General Sessions and Floor and Vault Squads.
At KGA our Pre-school sessions are full of new and exciting basic skills, these skills are taught by using lots of visual aids, fun equipment and allows the children to flow around the equipment safely. Learning the basic skills will ensure that the children are able to build strength and co-ordination to transfer when they move up to our general sessions.
Our General sessions provide children with the chance to grow and learn and perfect new and existing skills. Our sessions are planned to provide focus training on all pieces of equipment. We are keen to know what our children what to learn and ensure that we include these within our sessions. Keeping our children engaged and happy is what we strive for!
KGA offer a Floor & Vault Squad, these sessions are invitation only based on ability and commitment. The sessions are carefully planned to include focuses warm-ups, engaging stretches and skills based floor routines. Skill will be developed and perfected to then participate in yearly competitions. Squad children are expected to purchase uniform and any competition attire.
All classes are currently being held at the Rush Green Campus (click here to Find us) and for insurance purposes, in order to attend, each child must have a valid Membership with British Gymnastics. For more information, please visit https://www.british-gymnastics.org/renewal-options
